Austin Hughes Matrix CAT6 IP KVM Switch
The Austin Hughes Matrix CAT6 IP KVM Switch provides secure IP remote user access across the world wide web using a standard internet browser. Its efficient system management provides simultaneous multi-user access, and is capable of connecting either 32 or 16 servers per switch in just 1U of rack space. Servers are connected to the Matrix CAT6 IP KVM switch via dongles that are available in three formats: DVI-USB, VGA-USB and VGA-PS/2. The connected servers can be up to 40m from the Matrix CAT6 IP KVM Switch. The Matrix CAT6 IP KVM switch has a local console port, and a combination of remote users and IP users depending on the model chosen. Remote users can be up to 300m, with the extension module connected to the KVM switch via CAT6 cable. Additional Matrix CAT6 KVM Switches can be cascaded from the Matrix CAT6 IP KVM switch to provide additional server ports to a maximum of 8 levels or 256 servers. The Matrix CAT6 IP KVM switch is designed to work with all types of servers and operating systems and includes: Sun, IBM, HP, Dell, Solaris, Mac, Windows and Linux.
