KoldProfile - Data Centre Cooling Survey

KoldProfile is a survey of your data centre's cooling, that is part of the KoldWorks suite of services. A KoldProfile survey is carried out by EDP / Upsite and determines the three measurements of data centre cooling health based on published standards from ASHRAE and The Uptime Institute:

  • Data Centre Hotspots - Temperature and Relative Humidity.
  • Bypass Airflow - To regain lost conditioned airflow.
  • Cooling Margin Available - To cool additional equipment.

This service takes approximately 1 - 2 hours depending on the size of the data centre.

After the survey on the data centre floor, you will receive:

  • On site verbal discussion of findings and recommendations.
  • Written KoldProfile report detailing findings and recommendations.
