The new environmental monitoring device, the RPM, from Uptime Devices sets the new standard in physical and environmental monitoring devices.

The RPM is designed to monitor temperature, humidity, airflow, water, voltage, current, smoke and contact closures and notify personnel when those conditions exceed user-defined limits.

The RPM environmental monitor relies on new Remote Intelligent Multi Sensors® (RIMS). The RIMS can be daisy-chained so multiple RIMS be plugged into one of four RPM sensor ports. Up to 16 RIMS can be daisy-chained up to 1,000ft (304m) away from the RPM with no external Power needed. Each RIMS can make and store its own readings so there is no data logging delays. Each RIMS has a battery backed clock so you can be assured each data point is properly recorded.

There are four RIMS models:-

Temperature / Humidity / Airflow / Dry Contact RIMS
