The multi-media storage pacs can be used in both multi-media storage systems. Each pack is designed for a specific type of media.

4mm Ten Pac (3944-00)
- Stores ten 4mm cartridges.
- Tapes are held securely in place by means of a cartridge loc strip.
- Constructed from high-impact polystyrene.
- Compatible with Multi-Media Storage System and Multi-Media Extreme.

- Stores ten 8mm cartridges.
- Tapes are held securely in place by means of a cartridge loc strip.
- Constructed from high-impact polystyrene.
- Compatible with Multi-Media Storage System and Multi-Media Extreme.

Optical & CD-ROM Ten Pac (3945-00)
- Stores ten 5¼" Optical Disks or CD-Roms per pac. CD capacity can be doubled by storing two per slot.
- Pac has an angled slot base to accommodate varied disk case width.
- The pac has an 'open top' design to allow for varied case heights.
- Constructed from high-impact polystyrene.
- Compatible with Multi-Media Storage System and Multi-Media Extreme.

DLT Pac (3947-00)
- Stores seven TK, DLT or SDLT cartridges per Pac.
- Also suitable to store VHS video.
- Pac is spring loaded to hold the tapes securely in place and aid tape retrieval.
- The pac has an 'open top' design to allow for various media heights.
- Constructed from high-impact polystyrene.
- Compatible with Multi-Media Storage System and Multi-Media Extreme.

LTO Pac (3948-00)
- Stores eight LTO cartridges per Pac.
- Pac is spring loaded to hold the tapes securely in place and aid tape retrieval.
- Constructed from high-impact polystyrene.
- Compatible with Multi-Media Storage System and Multi-Media Extreme.

3570 Magstar Pac (3942-00)
- Stores twelve 3570 Magstar cartridges per pac.
- Either twelve individual cartridges or 1 ten cartridge magazine with two individual cartridges.
- The pac is constructed from high-impact polystyrene.
- Compatible with Multi-Media Storage System and Multi-Media Extreme.

- Stores ten media tapes per pac.
- Designed to store a wide variety of media - TK, DLT, 3480 / 3490, 9840, Microfilm, Streamer Tapes or VHS Video.
- Pac has an angled slot base to accommodate varied cartridge width.
- The pac has an 'open top' design to allow for varied media height.
- Constructed from high-impact polystyrene.
- Compatible with Multi-Media Storage System.
- Not compatible with Multi-Media Extreme unless used in conjunction with a conversion bar.

Keep The Racks, Change The Pacs!
The transition from 3480/3490 format to other media formats has rendered many 3480 storage systems obsolete, necessitating the purchase of new racking. EDP, World leader in media storage innovation, can now offer a cost effective solution for media library conversion.
EDP's new range of packs for DLT / LTO, CD-ROM, 4mm and 8mm allows old Autopac-style 3480 racking (Maximiser or Quad Rac systems) to be reconfigured for these media types. As pac sizes are the same it is possible to mix the media types within the same Maximiser Rack.
