Express Access - Complete Access Control

Express Access has evolved from a simple barcode system to a complete photo ID system with signature capture & printing, to even a complete card-less system using Bio-Metric Equipment.

EASY*IMAGE STANDARD FEATURE

Express also includes a document imaging module. The images are automatically indexed to the person’s file. Simply find the person and scan the documents. A person’s application, contract, or even emergency contact information can be found instantly.

ALLOWS ACCESS & DATA ENTRY SIMULTANEOUSLY

Express can control access in the background while performing other functions. In addition, if Hand-Keys are purchased, the Hand-Keys will keep track of who accessed the system while the computer was “off”. Whenever Express is activated, the Hand-Keys will begin downloading the information of who came into the facility. This will guarantee accurate reporting and non-stop operation.

BUILT IN SECURITY

Express comes with security already built in. Various groups can be set up, activating different functions within the programme. Also multiple logins are allowed, making generic logins possible.

ACCOMMODATES MULTIPLE ENTRY POINTS

Express can control access to your facility, no matter how large or small. Express can control from one entry point to 32 different entry stations, with just one PC.

OPENS GATES / DOORS / TURNSTILES

Express has the ability to open doors, gates or turnstiles. If the access entry point is controlled electronically, Express can open it.

WILL NOT ALLOW MULTIPLE SCANS

Express can prevent members from scanning their card and then scanning it again to let someone else in. Express has a built in adjustable timer which, when activated, will limit double entry into the facility.

RESTRICTS ENTRY BY BOTH TIME & GATE

Express can restrict who comes in which door and at what time. Entry doors can be controlled individually by time, day and membership type. For example, Men’s or Women’s changing rooms, executive areas, etc.

REMINDS MEMBERS OF RENEWAL

Express has an option which, when activated, will automatically remind a member it is time to renew their membership. The advanced notice is determined by the facility. Express can be programmed to begin notifying users 30, 60 or even 90 days before their membership
expires.

ALLOWS GLOBAL TERMINATION

Express can terminate all members whose termination or expiration date has passed. This will prevent them from gaining access into the facility.

CAPTURES SIGNATURES

With an additional purchase of a signature capture board, signatures can be added to cards or even reports.
