PlenaFill® blanking panels are supplied in packs of 10 x 27U sheets, that’s 270U of blanking in one pack!
Each PlenaFill® 27U sheet is scored at 1U intervals so the required number of U can be simply snapped off. PlenaFill® sheets are secured in place using rivets which are ordered separately. There is also a tool available that aids their removal. Using blanking panels plays a vital role in an airflow management strategy. Blanking panels prevent hot server exhaust air from circulating to the front of 19″ Racks where it can cause hot spots or mix with the cold air cooling the IT equipment.
