EDP No U Distribution System is a bespoke power distribution system. It comprises of a central distribution box and up to four remote socket modules.
No U Rack Power Distribution System
Centralised Rack Power Distribution System
The EDP No U Rack Power Distribution System comprises of a central power distribution box that can be mounted between the side rails of a rack or directly as a 19″ unit in an area of unused rack space. Up to 4 remote modules can be connected to the distribution box and then mounted vertically to the rack uprights.
Central Distribution Unit
The Central Distribution Unit will accept up to 32A supply via a 32A commando plug. The unit comes with mounting brackets for both side mounting (No U) or with 19″ mounting ears. The top of the unit features a 32A double pole input breaker, four 16A circuit breakers, one for each module and a mains present neon. Underneath the Central Distribution Unit it supports four 16A twist lock mains connectors which support each remote module.
Remote Socket Module
Each Remote Socket Module features 6x IEC 320 C13 connectors and a power present neon indicator. The remote is connected to the Central Distribution Unit via a 2m 16A umbilical termination with a matching twist lock connector. Other cable lengths are optionally available. Integral mounting brackets make it easy to secure the remote modules to the rack.
