HUBER+SUHNER produces high-quality pre-terminated fibre cables that are designed to deliver high performance fibre networks. They can enable increased performance by as much as 50%. This enables users to achieve the optical budgets required for 40GbE and 100GbE applications, without losing any of the flexibility required for evolving Data Centres.
HUBER+SUHNER Optipack fibre cable systems include multi-stranded trunk cables that form the backbone of the Data Centre. These are available in different fibre counts of up to 288 fibres, supporting Base-8, Base-12 or Base-24 infrastructure. Fibre Trunk Cables can be utilised in HUBER+SUHNER Fibre Network Solutions, in particular with the IANOS fibre management system.
Pre-terminated fibre harnesses include LC-LC, MTP-LC transition, MTP-MTP conversion, and jump cables. MTP cables can be supplied with the latest MTP Pro connectors that allow in-field changing of polarity and gender.
