UPS Bypass Switch

Manual Power Transfer Switch

The UPS Bypass Switch is a manual power transfer switch that solves the problem of disconnecting a UPS from service without interrupting the power to the device it is supporting.

On the rear of the Bypass Switch there are two leads; one taking power from the building’s supply and directs it to the UPS, the other takes power back from the UPS into the Bypass Switch. Devices that need to be supported are then connected to the outlets in the rear of the switch. Neon indicators on the front of the switch clearly show when the unit is in bypass mode, achieve by the large switch on the front panel.

Two versions are available: A 2Kva Bypass Switch that is rated at 10A and has 6x IEC C13 outlets and a 3Kva switch rated at 16A with 3x IEC C13 and 3x IEC C19 outlets.
