The LiSA Chassis is the building block for HUBER+SUHNER’s ODF; the Cable Distribution Rack (CDR). The LiSA Chassis is designed to hold the LiSA Cassettes that provide the support for fibre applications such as splicing, transition or patching within the LiSA High-Density centralised fibre management system.

Centralise your fibre cable management
The LiSA chassis lies at the heart of the HUBER+SUHNER CDR high-density fibre management system. It houses the splice, patch, transition, splitter or WDM LiSA Fibre Tray Cassettes inside the CDR centralised fibre management rack. Incoming backbone cables are connected on the incoming side, while patch cord link ports on the opposite connect to the fibre connections linking to the IT equipment.
LiSA Chassis are available in 5 RU heights – 1U, 2U, 3U, 6U and 7U. Each U height can support up to 72 fibres / 36 LC-Duplex ports. Each chassis has rear 19” fixing points that provides full access to all incoming and outgoing fibres from the front of the CDR. Each tray position within the chassis has integrated cable management that allows for an integral service loop of patch cord, this enables the LiSA Cassettes to be easily and quickly inserted and retracted. When trays are retracted their hinged design enables easy handling of the connections, while connection ports face sideways to protect users from lasers.
LiSA Chassis are available in left or right configuration versions and in black or grey. They support up to 2 conduits per fibre cassette and have a universal fixing plate for up to 4 MTP adapters.
