OS2 or OM4 Universal Breakout Cable for internal / external applications

HUBER+SUHNER Optipack Universal breakout cables are multi-fibre cables for internal or external applications. Suitable for Singlemode OS2 or Multi Mode OM4 applications they are available with fibre counts of 48, 72, 96, 144 or 288 fibres. Fibres are either in tubes of 12 or 24; tubes with 12 fibres are 2mm whilst tubes with 24 fibres are 3mm.

These metal free indoor and outdoor cables have strain relief with glass rowing. Tubes can be stripped up to 1m in one piece. Their Black jacket colour is UV-protected for outdoor use, whilst they are also Low smoke, halogen free and self-extinguishing with a CPR rating of Cca, enabling them to also be used internally.  This makes them an ideal solution for applications transitioning from outside to inside.

They can be used in conjunction with HUBER+SUHNER’s MMR connectivity solutions as well as their advanced IANOS fibre optic management system, and is one of several fibre optic installation cables with HUBER+SUHNER’s range.
