Seals Cable Openings in Racks
The HotLok® Round 4″ Rack Mount Grommet has developed to seal round cable openings in IT racks and cabinets, by sealing these cable openings in server and network racks it reduces bypass airflow and maximises cooling system performance. The HotLok® Round features the same Hybrid Brush Technology (HBT) that is found in the KoldLok Round raised floor grommet. This technology features a membrane that supports the brush bristles to reduce sagging and limit leakage so providing a flexible and highly efficient seal. The split design of the HotLok Round Rack Mount Grommet allows it to be retrofitted to existing 4″ (102mm) diameter cable openings in server racks without disturbing the cabling.
