Blanking Covers for Raised Flooring Floor Grilles
EDP Floor Grille Covers (FGC) are a bespoke, cost-effective solution for sealing unused floor grilles in Data Centre raised floors. Floor grilles allow air to flow through them to cool IT equipment, when these are placed in areas where no racks are positioned the cold airflow can cause issue to the overall airflow management of the whitespace.
This can be easily rectified through the use of EDP’s Floor Grille Covers. Available, as standard, to fit Troax, RCM or Gilbert floor grilles, these bespoke FGCs can be designed to fit any floor grilles. Their design enables them to be fitted to the underneath of the floor grill providing a blanking solution for foor grilles. Sealing these unused floor grilles helps improve airflow management and aids optimisation to improve Data Centre cooling efficiency.
Their bright red finish makes it easy to identify which grilles they are fitted to, so that they can be removed when additional cooling capacity is required.
