Available in a standard range of three heights, two widths and two depths, the EDP DC Server Rack has the benefit of being able to be custom built to meet the exact size requirement and specification required.

Standard and Custom-built Data Centre Server Racks
EDP DC Server Rack is a range of 19″ server racks built for use in Data Centres and Enterprise IT Environments. Supplied fully assembled EDP DC Server Racks are available in a range of standard sizes: three heights (42U, 45U or 47U), two widths (600mm & 800mm) and two depths (1000mm & 1200mm), along with the option to have them custom-built to meet specific size and specification requirements.
As standard EDP DC Server Rack is supplied with front and rear mesh doors with an 80% open area, supplied with a swing handle and 3-point locking. On 800mm wide racks the rear door is replaced with a vented wardrobe style door for easier access. Full mesh doors are fully removable and can be hinged to the left or right.
Two pairs of fully adjustable, numbered 19″ mounting profiles make it easy to install IT equipment. Removable side panels help aid the installation of equipment making it easier to run cables etc. for security these are internally latch and can only be released from the outside by key. A large opening aperture in the rack’s base makes it easy to line racks up to cable openings in the raised floor without obstruction.
On 800mm wide server racks infill panels with cable aperture holes are fitted to the mounting frame, while vertical and horizontal brush air baffles surround the front mounting frame to help improve airflow management by preventing hot exhaust airflow from IT equipment circulating back to the front of the rack. Three brushed openings in the top panel of the rack (one to the rear and one on each side) aid infrastructure and connectivity coming into the rack from above or between racks.
A 10-way 80A earth bar is fitted in the base at the rear of the rack and all panels and doors are fully earthed. Racks are powder coat finish in any RAL colour, typically white, grey or black, but other custom colours are available upon request. To fully custom configure the racks a whole host of accessories are available.
Racks conform to the following standards: IEC 60297-3, EIA 310-D and BS 3192.
