More About This Product

The unique suspended ceiling system, Bergvik Iso Flex-Grid, combines a drop-down ceiling with a structural ceiling grid. This approach creates a return airflow plenum and an infrastructure support grid in one integrated solution.

Dual-purpose Suspend Ceiling System

Drop Ceiling Combined with a Structural Grid

Bergvik’s Iso Flex-Grid is an engineered ceiling system that combines a drop ceiling with a structural grid to deliver a dual-purpose solution. The dropped ceiling creates an air ceiling plenum while enabling you to suspend infrastructure solutions—such as cable management, power busbars, and aisle containment solutions—directly from it, eliminating the need to pass through the inner ceiling to the building ceiling above. This design provides a cost-effective solution for environments like Data Centres, clean rooms, and labs.

Bergvik constructs the Iso Flex-Grid using high-grade aluminium extrusions, which feature a continuous M10 threaded slot along the entire length of the underside of the grid. You can assemble the system with 2-, 3-, or 4-way die-cast connectors, offering great flexibility. Thanks to Iso Flex-Grid’s high load-bearing capacity, you don’t need additional attachments to the ceiling above. The design allows you to easily adapt the ceiling layout to accommodate row aisles, equipment, or other needs by positioning the profiles where they are most needed, rather than following a predetermined layout.

This flexibility enables you to tailor Iso Flex-Grid to meet specific project demands, including colour and finish, grid size, ceiling plenum height, ceiling material, and load capacities. Additionally, you can easily modify or supplement it later, allowing for adjustments according to future demands.

As a standard, Iso Flex-Grid is designed to handle point loads of up to 300 kg.
