AisleLok Magnetic Under Rack Panel, quickly seal gaps under racks

The AisleLok Magnetic Under Rack Panel is easy to install and quickly seals gaps under racks caused when racks are on castors or levelling feet. As part of an efficient airflow management strategy it’s important to reduce the mixing of cold and hot airflow streams. KoldLok floor grommets seal cable openings within the raised floor, HotLok blanking panels seal unused rack space within the IT racks and the HotLok Rack Airflow Management Kit can be installed to prevent hot air circulating back to the front of the rack between the mounting rails and sides of the rack.

Upsite Technologies has now further developed its original AisleLok Under Rack Gap panel, by making it magnetic. This enables it to be quickly installed and may immediately improve IT equipment intake air temperatures. The AisleLok Magnetic Under Rack Panel complements the performance of the other airflow management solutions by either blocking bypass airflow or exhaust air recirculation underneath racks, helping to support cooling system efficiencies.

The AisleLok Magnetic Under Rack Panel is manufactured from a durable PVC material that features pre-scored lines that enables excess material to be removed quickly and easily without tools for a custom height fit. The panels are available in three sizes: 26” (660mm) for rack widths up to 24” (610mm), 27.5 2 for 700mm wide racks and 33.5” (851mm) for 800mm wide racks.
