Transom Windows Fit AisleLok Sliding Doors
The AisleLok Transom window has been designed to quickly and easily increase the effective height of the AisleLok Sliding Doors. Like the rest of the AisleLok Modular Containment system, that also includes rack top baffles, the Transom Window has a tool-less installation, removal and re-installation design. The AisleLok Transom Window has been designed to be installed to the top of the AisleLok Sliding Doors’ frame and enables the doors to be used on racks with a height of up to 93inches (236cm) or 50U.
Like other components of the AisleLok Modular Containment system the Transom Window can be used in either hot or cold aisle containment configurations and are beneficial to be used in both raised floor or slab Data Centre environments. Transom Windows are available in various widths and are either Black or White.
Materials
AisleLok Transom Windows feature a clear polycarbonate panel that is secured within an extruded aluminium frame structure.
Fire Rating
Upsite Technologies®, a division of Aquila, have designed the AisleLok Transom Windows to accept panels with a variety of flammability ratings, including UL 94 HB (standard), UL 94 V-0 (custom), or FM 4910 (custom).
AisleLok® Modular Containment was designed to be compliant with data centre fire codes, however approval may vary greatly at the country and local level. As with the installation of any containment method, the final approval for compliance resides with the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
