AisleLok Modular Containment is an out-of-the-box modular aisle containment solution that comprises of three key components: Rack top baffles, end-of-aisle bi-directional doors or sliding doors, and an adjustable rack gap panel.
Rack Top Baffles
The AisleLok Modular Containment rack top baffles are made of clear polycarbonate and are attached to the top of the racks via a non-intrusive mounting system. The rack top baffles prevent hot exhaust air from wrapping over the tops of racks and mixing with cold air. There are two types of rack top baffle a vertical baffle for hot aisle containment applications and an angled one for cold aisle containment applications.
